Today, Sunday, May 18th, the Video Games Museum celebrates International Museum Day by opening its doors with free admission for everyone!
Visitors are invited to explore the cultural and technological legacy of video games, through a fascinating journey that spans from Pong and arcade machines to modern consoles and the future of gaming.
Throughout the day, mini guided tours will be offered every hour, while both kids and adults can participate in interactive surprises such as quizzes, photo activities, and hands-on experiences with iconic exhibits from the museum's collection.

The Video Games Museum, located in Heraklion, Crete, features over 300 consoles and thousands of physical games, serving as a hub of education, reflection, and innovation.
